Julius Phillips Jr was born May 21st, 1982 in Marion, SC. Currently living in Frederick, MD, I turned my house into viturally an art studio. At the age of 7, I had just started my journey into art with the help of my older sister, Phyllis Davis. My dream was to become a cartoonist just like my idols Jim Davis and Charles Schulz. As time passed by, I have met many talented artists that had help me develop my art. This collective group of talented artists had challenged me to go beyond my limits. As of 2012, JP.est 1982 Art Studios was created. With my wife, Alma as my chief editor, we are here to create some amazing stories. Jay was an idea based on my childhood. With a funny childhood, you have some of the best memories. Here at JP.est 1982, we strive to create stories and art that can relate to today world. The goal is to make animations.
